FRVA LTV Chapter pre-convention rally scheduled Sunday, July 13 – 15, 2025 prior to the FRVA 111th International Convention at the CAM-PLEX Multi-Event Facilities in Gillette, WY. The fee is per person not per coach and covers the food (see itinerary). Online registration closes on June 27, cancellations aftr this date would result in no refunds.

- Bus tour of a working Coal Strip Mine in Gillette being arranged.
- Two group dinners and a light breakfast right outside your door.
- A briefing about what happens at the Convention and what not to miss.

- Then the Convention activities begin
Requirements
- Must be a current member of the LTV FRVA Chapter. You can join by filling out the member application here and add the Annual dues to your cart.
- Must be a paid attendee of this FRVA Convention registered for 30 amp electric and water service (common dump is available onsite) and be part of the LTV arrival caravan. Arrival is late morning and you MUST arrive with the group. Late arrivals have NO guarantee of parking with the group. There are no assigned site numbers so we MUST arrive together to be parked together! Click here for FRVA Convention registration if you have not already signed up.
- Must submit a completed Rally registration by July 1,2025 here. The LTV Wagon Master, not FRVA, will notify attendees the actual entry time as we get closer to the convention. A nominal fee of $35 per person needs to be paid by adding this to your cart and selecting the number of attendees.

Sunday, July 13, 2025
- Late AM: Arrival! REGARDLESS of your entrance credentials stating your day of arrival we enter this date. They do not know you are attending the LTV Rally. LTV Wagon Master arranges our entrance as a group. Caravan Assembly Directions will be emailed roughly 7-10 days before the Rally. Check in with Randy & Shirley Johnson – the white/tan LTV Unity with Tennessee tag. Once assembled, we’ll be parked as a group. Spend the afternoon getting set-up, walking dogs and napping!
- 2:30 – 4:00 pm Card and Board Games with location to be announced.
- 4:30 pm Happy Hour. Bring your chair and beverage of choice.
- 5:30 pm “Welcome to the West Dinner”.
Monday, July 14, 2025
- Today & tomorrow convention volunteers have orientation, some of us may be scheduled away. If you’d like to volunteer, sign up for the Information Desk when you register with FRVA.
- 9:00 am Light Breakfast Morning beverages (coffee, tea, juices) are NOT provided.
- Lunch on your own: Walk the Event Center and familiarize yourself with where your seminars are held.
- Morning & afternoon activities will be scheduled.
- 4:30 pm Happy Hour: Bring your drinks and a light snack to share (voluntary)
- 5:30 pm Dinner Note this will be your last group meal, but we’ll gather together at our campsite in the evening or go to Nightly Entertainment together.
- TBD * Expect some evening entertainment courtesy of FRVA.

- 111th FRVA International Convention opens!!!
- TBD*: First Timers Orientation You’ll get an overview of the organization, and a preview of upcoming events. Note, this isn’t limited to first-time attendees, so if you haven’t been to a Convention in years, come for a refresher!
- TBD*: Chapter Fair Immediately follows the First Timers Orientation. ALL are welcome. Our chapter is only one of the nearly 300 chapters in FMCA, many are special interest groups. This is your best chance to learn about these clubs. Join as many as you like!
- TBD*: FMCA Evening Entertainment Begins
Wednesday, July 16 thru Saturday, July 19, 2025
- NO Chapter Rally Activities scheduled. Because this is a full FOUR days and nights of seminars, entertainment, and a trade show, you will come and go at your own discretion. Attend as many or as few sessions as you like.
Sunday, July 20, 2025,
- Convention has ended. We are expected to be off site by noon. Electricity is turned off at 9 am. Safe travel to your next destination.

- Menus can’t be planned until we know how many vegetarians or food issues we have need to ATTEMPT to plan around –No guarantees we can accommodate all.
- Group meetings etc may be adjusted because of weather conditions.
