  • TBD*:   FMCA Evening Entertainment Begins

Wednesday, March 12 thru Saturday March 15, 2025

  • 110th FMCA International Convention opens!!!
  •  NO Chapter Rally Activities scheduled.  Because this is a full FOUR days and nights of seminars, entertainment, and a trade show, you will come and go at your own discretion.   Attend as many or as few sessions as you like.
  • Because we are grouped together, many people plan to meet at the venue or share potluck dinners.  We have been to the Georgia Fairgrounds before and have eaten at arena style concessions,  some excellent food trucks and some casual sit-down restaurants on site.  Often several people will gather at the end of the evening and discuss what they’ve attended and what the next day will bring, making plans to attend seminars and entertainment together.

Sunday, August 27, 2023

  • Convention has ended.   We are expected to be off site by noon.  Generator electricity is turned off at 9 am.  Safe travel to your next destination.

PLEASE NOTE:  there may be adjustments to the menu due to unexpected circumstances, if something doesn’t thaw or the produce selection is poor, we may serve dinner selection on a different night or change out an item completely.   We cannot stress enough that we need to know about any food allergies when you register.  We can’t guarantee we can adjust the menu or offer an alternative.

TBD*:   These times have not been published yet in the FMCA program guide.  This guide will be in your Welcome Bag  received at our Sunday arrival.   We expect additional info on this and will update the Itinerary once received.
